Running A Named Server

If I understand this correctly, if I want to enable a cache name server,
all I have to do is the following:

In /etc/rc.conf enter:

Run this command:
# cd /etc/namedb
# sh make-localhost

I enter the address: in the /etc/resolv.conf file ahead of any
other entries.

I do not have to modify the /etc/namedb/named.conf in any way.

I can then either reboot or start the program manually.

Have I gotten that all correct?
