Ports: php5-mysqli 5.0.5_1 Dependencies

In a quick look, I didn't see the path that gets mysql installed as a
dependency for php5_mysqli.  If it can work with mysql150, then you
should be able to remove 1.4 and replace it with 1.5.  If it needs
1.4, though, that's what you're stuck with.
