Upgrading 4.11-STABLE to 5.4-STABLE

In addition to UPDATING you should read
http://www.freebsd.org/releases/5.3R/migration-guide.html which details how
you should upgrade from 4.11 to 5.3.  I don't think there has been any
important changes between 5.3 and 5.4 in this regard.
