If English isn't your native language, it's worth noting that a (*very* 
little) bit of his advice is slightly archaic. ``To-day'' is no longer 
hyphenated; ``dependable'' is now an acceptable synonym for 
``reliable'' and ``trustworthy.''

The heart of this short work, however, is the second part. Read that; 
then write your letters to Mr. Richardson 
<doug_richardson at adaptec.com>.
