yes i did. i use penv in our server.  here are the environment settings 
on www/apache2.

 # penv -c list
WITH_DAV_MODULES=yes
WITH_AUTH_MODULES=yes
WITH_SSL_MODULES=yes
WITH_MISC_MODULES=yes
WITH_BERKELEYDB=db42
WITH_LDAP_MODULES=yes

on devel/subversion, i have these penv settings:

# penv -c list
WITH_MOD_DAV_SVN=yes
WITH_BOOK=yes

did i miss anything?
