UTF-8 in the next releases?

What do you mean by UTF-8 integration?  Many of the system utilities have been 
internationalized via things like gettext and libintl, and third-party 
software will support internationization via ports in much the same way.

[ Similar to what you'd find under SuSE, in other words. ]
