Makefile question

You misunderstood what I want. As I mentioned the configure script is 
awkward and I can't specify
--bindir, --libdir, .... everything goes to the specified --prefix. Thus 
I won't have any subdirectories in
/usr/local/appname, just an executable and some sample config and doc.
