JNC MP3 Player Synchronize cache failed

Hello,

I am not able to use may "SylverCrest" mp3 player. 

When I connect the player I have this message on the console :

(da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): Synchronize cache failed, status == 0x39, scsi status == 0x0
(da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): removing device entry

after removing the device and after many minutes a page fault in kernel
mode (trap 12) : 

fault code  = supervisor read, page not present
instruction pointer = 0x8:0xc0a27883
...
panic: page fault.

This is the same with 4.11, 5.4, 6 and 7 release. 

I found nothing on the net. 

Many thanks for a patch, a fix or a workaround.
