100Mbit network performance - again

Let me fix my typo here.....

I get 60+Mbits out of 100Mbits on a 10/100 network.

The Max SUSTAINED thru-put you will ever see will be around 70Mbits.  
There is an overhead that means that you will only see .7 of the  
theoretical.
