switching apache ti apache-ssl quick

I want to change my apache webserver to a ssl-version.
Do I deinstall everything first? PHP, MySQL, phpBB2, mod_security and apache? Or
is there a way to make the switch easier than that?

Will just a reinstall of apache itself suffice?
