install of phpmyadmin fails looking for PDFlib-Lite-6.0.0p1.tar.gz

I am installing phphmyadmin and it is failing on;
...

...
where is the PDFlib-lite*  at? I have manually tried to find it but it  
does not appear on the ftp* sites.
is there away to NOT have to install this?
