This isnt microkernel per se, but if you are looking for a small
implementation try this

We have some bridging routers running out of 14Mb of flash
with a good selection of the standard tools.
I dont know how much you wish to drop but I suspect that
you could do away with s number of tools in the selection,
and minimise the kernel configuration a lot from where we have it set.
