Whatever.  If you've got a Mac, you could go to:

http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/java/

...only, you don't need to since Java 2 already comes with every MacOS X system.

If you choose not to see any distinction between software which is freely 
available and comes with source code, and between other forms of software 
which neither comes with source nor is free, fine.
