TCP_RESTRICT_RST in 5.2.1

Following the istructions of Mrs. Lavigne on ONLamp.com
I was trying to build a kernel with the options TCP_RESTRICT_RST.
config ignores this option.

How can I include this in 5.2.1, I can't find a similar
option in my LINT file.
