Maybe you did setup a mail delivery loop by accident.
How did you configure the TrustedDeliveryAgent variable
in /usr/local/etc/dspam.conf?

For example did you setup TrustedDeliveryAgent to deliver
to the cyrus deliver agent or to procmail etc.?
