Maybe I'm confused.  Acoording to the home page:

  <http://logo-contest.freebsd.org/>

  "As of 2005-02-09, competition is not yet announced, and received
  0 submissions."

I'm on -announce, and saw no announcement about this competition.

Perhaps, we're reading too far into a text file that no-one was
supposed to see yet?
