To check which modules are installed (packages/ports and CPAN) I use
the following script:

# list installed modules
use ExtUtils::Installed;
my $instmod = ExtUtils::Installed->new();
foreach my $module ($instmod->modules()) {
my $version = $instmod->version($module) || "???";
       print "$module -- $version\n";

I know of no way to automatically reinstall them though...
