gvinum: adding plex and subdisks to existing volume

hi Ludo,

gvinum = vinum
anything you need to do to add a new drive which is written on those  
sites can be done for gvinum as well...
at least that's my experience

if you follow the descriptions of replacing a disk and get panics  
there might be something else that's wrong
