KDE - how to?

Open /etc/ttys with your favourite editor and search for this line:

ttyv8   "/usr/X11R6/bin/xdm -nodaemon"  xterm   off secure

Change this into:

ttyv8   "/usr/X11R6/bin/kdm"  xterm   on secure

And voila, KDM will start at boot.
