Mysql without linuxthreads on 5.4?

The makefile for mysql40-server checks to see if WITH_LINUXTHREADS
defined, so even setting it to no will still cause it to use linux
threads. You might also need to do a make rmconfig to make sure that
linux threads isn't being enabled from a previous install.
