Section shows:
ifconfig_dc0="inet netmask"
ifconfig_dc1="inet netmask media 10baseT/UTP" 

So you want:
ifconfig_dc0="100baseTX mediaopt full-duplex"
ifconfig_dc1="100baseTX mediaopt full-duplex"
