ntpd as broadcastclient - not working?

Yes, thank you for those instructions.

However, Danny has said that a bug was fixed 
in 'ifiter_ioctl.c' last March:

If that is true, then with the latest tarball
shown above, how could the fix be included since
the date of this file is 2004 *FEBRUARY* 25th?

Do you see my point?  It appears impossible for
Danny's fix to be included.  Is it hidden somewhere
else?

What am I missing here?
