i got a problem for raid card

Dear sir,
  when i restart os, than it will be show this message "Cannot delete unit", what happen for it? My english not good, sorry, and i using 3ware 7006-2 raid card & freebsd 4.10, i have to try to install other version for freebsd e.g. 5.3rc1, the problem also not fix, can you help me? thank you
