libtool13

Hi all,

I am new to FreeBSD.  I am trying to install apache 1.3.31 and I keep
getting the following error:

apache-1.3.31_6 depends on shared library: expat.5 - not found

===>   expat-1.95.8 depends on file: /usr/local/bin/libtool13 - not
found
===>    Verifying install for /usr/local/bin/libtool13 in

Stop in /usr/ports/devel/libtool13.
