Help with IPFW + NATD + Passive FTP

You have a very restrictive ruleset there.  On my home network, I
allow everything to go out from inside.  If you don't do that, my
favorite options would be to either use the '-punch_fw' option to
natd, or run some sort of FTP proxy on the gateway.
