ruby fails to build

Here is  a snip from the make install command.

Does anyone have a clue on this?  I have cvsuped the ports just a few 
minutes ago.  I wanted to install portupgrade, but I can't because of 
ruby.  Also I read some stuff on csup, is there a website or other 
source of info on the progress of this progect.
