Follow-up:
LINT mentions that you need to:
"Be sure to disable 'cpu I386_CPU' && 'cpu I486_CPU' for SMP kernels."
So, I tried that as well, with the same results.
Is SMP flaky in 4.9 or something? This is my first SMP build..
