I know there is there a way to mount a cd-rom drive automagiclly on reboot. However i need to know how to do it so that if the cd is scratched or the drive is busted my machine will not hang up. Also i have the same problems with my nfs mounts if a machine goes down somewhere now of my other machines will reboot.
