Wrong charset in native Mozilla file widgets

Yes.  The native port lacks working iconv support.  This has been fixed
in thunderbird, firefox, and mozilla-devel, but that changes have not
[yet] been back-ported to mozilla.  As soon as I'm confident that
everything is okay, I'll back-port some stuff into the mozilla port.
