[FreeBSD] pkg_add help

Presuming you downloaded the right version for the versin of FreeBSD you
are on - .tbz files start in 5.xxxx, 
try just putting it in /usr/local/whatever_the_name_is
and doing
  pkg_add whatever_the_name_is.tbz
