[FreeBSD] Ftp Server

Sounds OK, but I am a complete newby..
I couldn't find anything in the book I have about that.
This set up is on a local network, no access outside the network.
I'm trying to set up a testing server.
And need to access it from within the network to
publish webpages
Please point me in the right direction
