gcc 2.95 thread model (single or posix)?

What thread model is gcc 2.95 configured for on FreeBSD 4.9
(single or posix)?

I asked on gcc-help and they said that it was not easy to tell 
from the binary, but should be output during configure time. Does
anyone here know?
