Finding package dependancies - Where are they?

It's a bit different. Assuming that you are using i386 and bourne shell:
export PKG_PATH=ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/1.6.2/i386/All
pkg_add -v mozilla
Simple as that, check out pkg_add(1)
