portupgrade fails on every port, undefined method 'each' fornil:NilClass

It isn't difficult:

    # pkg_delete portupgrade-20040701
    # cd /usr/ports/sysutils/portupgrade
    # make install

Now, all we need is the fixed version of portupgrade.
