Whan can I do if OS does not boot after makeworld

This is not going to sound very helpful; but if you're trying to be 
proactive.......read the documentation thoroughly and follow the steps 
carefully.  Don't cut corners or make mistakes.

Unless you can predict the error, it's hard to predict the solution.
