[kde-freebsd] KDE 3.2 + startx errors (dcopserver)

As root:
chown -R youruser:yourgroup /home/usr/.kde
should fix it.

If not, you need to check the permissions of those files, and ensure 
they are:

-rw------- youruser yourgroup
