Graphical FTP client from command line

Yes.

Run mc, type in "cd ftp://ftp.frebsd.org/pub".  The active panel will
be replaced with the listing of that ftp directory, and you can drill
into subdirectories from there.  Tag files with ^T or the insert key,
copy with F5.
