Report Management Software

Hi,
I'm looking for a program similar to send-pr and diff that can provide customized reports on critical system configuration changes.  I then want to have the report emailed to a central location on my network for later review.  Does anyone know of any program within the ports tree that can accomplish this task?  I would like the reports processed similar to a CVS diff file if at all possible.
