I did a CVS update, recompiled everything according to
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/makeworld.html,
  now my system won't boot.

I get:
---SNIP---
error 16 lba 207799
Invalid format

FreeBSD/i386 boot
Default: 0:ad(0,a)/kernel
boot:

What can I do to rememdy this???
