/dev/bpf config from the command line

Hello all,

are there any command line tools that would allow me to
set the BIOCSETIF ioctl command on /dev/bpfX, for testing?

I've got an app that uses them, but is telling me
/dev/bpf0: Device not configured

I need to link /dev/bpf1 to fxp1 and /dev/bpf2 to fxp2.

Any suggestions, including "write your own tool"
