options        NWFS                    #NetWare filesystem
options        IPX                     #IPX/SPX communications protocols
device ef # Multiple ethernet frames support
options        ETHER_II                # enable Ethernet_II frame
options        ETHER_8023              # enable Ethernet_802.3 (Novell) frame
options        ETHER_8022              # enable Ethernet_802.2 frame
options        ETHER_SNAP              # enable Ethernet_802.2/SNAP frame

I did
ifconfig vr0f2 ipx 0

ifconfig vr0f2

	inet6 fe80::20c:6eff:fee8:155b%vr0f2 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x5
	ether 00:0c:6e:e8:15:5b

netstat -rn

default            *.c6ee8155b        U       vr0f2

ncplist s
Can't find any file server

          inet addr:  Bcast:  Mask:
          IPX/Ethernet 802.2 addr:00000002:00047571E9C4
