Installing gcc 3.3.1 as default

Replacing the system compiler is not supported and will generally
cause your system sources to become unbuildable.

If you really want to compile your base system with gcc 3.3, upgrade
to 5.1-CURRENT (read the handbook section on running -CURRENT before
attempting this, of course)
