What do you use for terminal?

Excuse me if this seems a bit off but I was just wondering what you pro's use as a graphical Terminal Emulator in *nix? Is there anything similar to the features of Vandyke SecureCRT for Windows? You know, one that you can create Logon Scripts (in app, without using shell scripts), save Sessions, etc.. ?
