watchdog timeout ???

Hi!

Our Samba server (on a 4.8 -RELEASE machine) frequently freezes
with these error-messages:

rl0: watchdog timeout
ahc0: Timeout SCB already complete. Interrupts may not be
      functioning


What does this mean?
