Invalid bootstrap :-(((

Hello freebsd-questions!

I (or you!?) have a problem! I can't install FreeBSD 5.1 on the
AlphaServer 4100. The issue is bootstrap failure in the floppy-image
file KRNL.FLP (ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/alpha/5.1-RELEASE/floppies/kern.flp).
Krnl.flp for FreeBSD 4.8 (alpha) is good.
Please, correct this image.
