Good reading for SSH pop3 setup?

Hello yet again,

    Can you guys point me to some invaluable reading in regards to setting up 
encrypted email servers/clients to work over SSH and use PGP encryption with 
public keys and what not? I remember following a tutorial on setting up 
POP3/IMAP over ssh, but it wasn't very up to date.
