XFree86 and /dev/agpgart

Hi!
Can't start XFree86 ver 4.3.0 on FreeBSD 4.6. Get
error: "Unable to open /dev/agpgart (Device not
configured)". What can I do? 

The file /dev/agpgart exists, on trying to open by
midc (F3) get the same "Cannot open agpgart. Device
not configured".
