still about PCI ADSL

So ethernet ADSL is the best?

I just checked http://www.bsdmall.com/sanadpcicon.html 
S518 ADSL claim to support FreeBSD. I'm just curious why it is so very 
expensive (Regular price: $220.00) I don't know about normal price in the 
American. In China a normal ethernet ADSL modem is about 600RMB, that is 
close to 100 USD. I thought PCI ADSL cards should be half price of that....
