i am attempting an install of FreeBSD 4.6 on a generic machine with an AMD 1800 chip. "Probing devices" hangs and i can't get any further with my install. i purchased FreeBSD 4.6 from FreeBSD mall. can anybody help me with this? Please! thanks.
