Boot up "disturbing" messages

 sendmail_enable="NONE"
 Put this in /etc/rc.conf to completly disable sendmail if you want. Do not
 use "NO".

 >      previously but removed, in /etc/ssh/sshd_config file actual line is

 Try to remove it from sshd_config and kill -HUP to restart sshd.
